COINTREAU FIZZ PASSION PIMENT
Ingredients:
50ml Cointreau
½ glass lime juice
2 passion fruit
1 slice of red chilli padi
In a boston shaker glass : muddle the passion fruit grains with the pepper slice, add Cointreau and lime juice. Fill with ice. Shake until the metal tin is frosted. Strain into the glass over ice, and top off with soda water.
